We put our trust in Maisons Vertes and we have absolutely no regrets. Fom the start of our project to the handover of the keys, and even today for advice, they have been constantly available. Despite a first refusal for planning permission and certain zoning ordinances, they stuck by us and they were the only ones. Other builders wouldn’t even try drawing a plan. Works and materials are of excellent quality.
They are always there when we call which is incredibly important when you know nothing about building a house. The whole team was kind and patient with us and all our questions.
Today our home is finished and everything is perfect.

My husband and I chose Maisons Vertes after having contacted several other builders. We had a warm welcome and good advice from the salesman and his colleague right off the bat. They were the only builders who responded to our needs and kept to budget. Our house was built in 5 months and we were kept in the loop all along by the project manager who explained everything clearly and photographed the building’s progress. This was very reassuring.
We are very happy with our choice and would make the same choice again.

We have just moved into our home, built by Maisons Vertes and wish to thank them for all their hard work. As we were based in the centre of France initially, the salesman from Carcassonne found us a great plot in a lovely little village. Then the project manager kept us informed via e-mail and with photos of the progression of the work. Quite frankly the team is very professional and really pleasant. I would recommend them because they clearly have experience working with people up north. They are well organised and, as we quickly realised after meeting the owners of homes built by them, very reliable. Our project has become reality and the results are extremely satisfying.
Great reception and great advice, we are glad we chose Maisons Vertes. Right from the first meeting with the sales person (who really listened) until the handover of the keys, for technical details and site meetings, all went well! Due to their sense of organisation the house was finished on time!!!
We were able to choose our doors, handles, floor and wall tiles… They listened to our requirement, worked on the plans respecting our needs and gave us a price (the cheapest of all) with no nasty surprises.
The coordination and follow up of the works was great with the project manager who was available and efficient and we were given constant updates about how things were going.

We had a house built in 2011 at Puicheric with Maisons Vertes in Aude. We just wanted to bear witness to the efficiency and expertise of this builder which kept its promises and respected deadlines. We’d like to thank Mr Badou, director of this company as well as all his staff (sales team, project manager, technical staff, accountant…) who were always available, reactive and never bothered by all our questions. They helped us carry out our project with peace of mind and we would highly recommend them for your future build, also because of their excellent after sales service.
It was our first build and we were quite anxious, but they really allayed our fears wth their helpfulness and precision.
We are the recent (since the start of the year) owners of a home built by Maisons Vertes Narbonne. The work went really well, finished in 9 months rather than 12 (initial estimate) The house is a low consumption, contemporary villa with a roof terrace and home automation systems with permeability and low carbon certification all sorted out.
The choice of materials (woodwork, bathroom suite, floor and wall tiles) and the advice given was always pertinent. The follow up onsite was great and the project manager (Manu) was always available despite our difficult hours.
One small problem, getting the electricity connected, you really need to sort it out well in advance and know your “point of location” a ridiculous term which means where the house is but if you don’t know it, causes complications.
If I had to start over, I would do it all the same again!

After having expressed our requirements for our home, Maisons Vertes provided the plans for our home, a contemporary villa.
The building permit was immediately requested. The worked went without a hitch with a serious and efficient follow up of the site work, designed to reassure the customer.
We worked with a team who really listened, deadlines were respected. Little teething errors were all dealt with straight away by the after sales service.
Today, one year on, we can safely say that we are entirely satisfied with our choice and we have already recommended the company to a close friend.
Our plan to retire to the Aude started in 2010 because our kids were there and so we started looking for a plot in 2011. As we didn’t really know where to start we just drove around to different new estates and looked at who was building there, after several visits we selected three companies and finally chose Maisons Vertes which was maybe not the cheapest but it was the most serious.
We then made a plan of the house and got planning permission. Before the building work started we met the project manager (very nice) and chose fixtures and fittings. During the work, as we were not local (our children popped in from time to time) the builders sent us photos regularly. Everything went well with the sales staff, secretaries and the manager.
The day our house was finished we had drinks with them and gave them a bouquet of flowers.
We are very happy with the house and are sure we chose the right builders, since several of our neighbors who also chose Maisons Vertes and we are now convinced we did the right thing.
Although we were anxious at the beginning we were very happy at the end.
My husband and I wish to thank you for the professionalism of you and all your team, which you showed from the project stage to the finalization. In particular, thanks to your pragmatism and listening skills, you managed to find solutions every time we had different ideas about things. You have always been understanding with us and responded kindly each time we contacted you.

We would do it all again and only make a few modifications of a functional nature.
My house was not only handed over within the time scale (the 25th June) but was built well according to my specifications.
The materials used were those I wanted and any changes were for judicious reasons. The billing was respected. Due to the bad weather, the building work was slightly delayed but the lost time was caught up. The energetic and pleasant project manager was regularly present on site and listened to all my observations. The relations with all the team were excellent, in a nutshell I was completely satisfied with my choice of builder. The cherry on the cake, handover with the big boss with champagne and flowers!
